The AOPN hosts this annual event, which brings together registered outsourcing clients, service providers, and advisors from various industries and sectors within and outside Nigeria. The programme will provide an insightful overview of strategic outsourcing and its significance for Nigerian businesses, emphasizing the importance of leveraging external expertise for sustainable value creation and growth.
It is a 1 day in-person and virtual event designed to attract the most Innovative minds, CEOs, Entrepreneurs, Leaders, Managers and millennials who are all working to realize a transformational future.
There will be Keynote Addresses, Exhibition, and specialized discussion forums over the hybrid platforms of the event.

Dr. Ezra Yakusak is the Executive Director/CEO of the Nigerian Export Promotion Council. He obtained his first degree in law at the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria, where he also acquired a Masters and Ph.D degrees in Law.

Dr. Ezra Yakusak is the Executive Director/CEO of the Nigerian Export Promotion Council. He obtained his first degree in law at the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria, where he also acquired a Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Law. He was a part time Lecturer at Abuja University.
Dr. Yakusak who has a wide range of experience in the non-oil export sector is also an author of many learned articles, particularly in the areas of international trade. His book “Export Promotion in Nigeria: Law, Policy and Practice” has become a vital resource material for exporters, scholars and other stakeholders.
Dr. Yakusak is an energetic, charismatic and proactive individual with a logical approach to issues and proven leadership and managerial skills. He is a humble, and yet, confident personality with good interpersonal communication, leadership/administrative skills. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and also a Fellow, Chattered institute of Administration. N

Femi Adeoti (FA) is the Co-Founder and Group Managing Director for Routelink.
Prior to Routelink, he was the Managing Director / CEO, Africa Operations for Inlaks, a foremost information technology company.

He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and also has an MBA in International Finance from the University of Liverpool (United Kingdom). In addition, Femi has a certificate in Artificial Intelligence (AI) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Femi has a first degree in electronics engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and has attended other management programs at the Lagos Business School and many others. He has a proven track record of driving business growth through deep customer engagements. He also has a strong ability to manage key assets and resources in order to ignite innovation
and drive growth. He is a strong communicator with deep leadership capabilities.
Before Inlaks, he served as Head of Regional Business (West Africa) for Cisco where he had the responsibility for establishing that company as the leading global information technology organization in Africa. At Cisco, he was in the Chairman’s club, an elite club of top performers in the organization. Before Cisco, Femi was with the Computer Warehouse Group and he also worked with Comtec Systems in the United States.
Femi is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD), a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA) and is also an honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) of Nigeria.
