DR. AUSTIN NWEZE

Dr. Austin Nweze started out as an entrepreneur in 1988 after a brief stint with New-Breed and the President magazines. For over three years he published a successful people's magazine,  the first  Nigerian magazine focused on the promotion of entrepreneurship,  which contributed to the recent interest and attention being given to the subject and sector by the e-government, universities, NGOs, and the private sector. For over 15 years he consulted and developed and delivered training programs for corporate organizations and government establishments in the areas of management, media relations, finance, financial planning, retirement planning, marketing, strategy, and soft skills. Dr. Austin Nweze has BBA, MBA, and PhD degrees.

Experience & Activities

For over 15 years he consulted and developed and delivered training programs for corporate organizations and government establishments in the areas of management, media relations, finance, financial planning, retirement planning, marketing, strategy, and soft skills.

He worked with the Institute of Financial Planning as the Director of Programmes and Publication, and Director of learning and management education before joining the Lagos Business School (LBS), Pan African University in executive education. He is involved in research, teaching, marketing, and was the head of Center for Applied Economics of the LBS.

Austin has also attended advanced Management courses both in Nigeria (including Lagos Business School – AMP 18, Developing and Managing Business Ventures, and Executive Team Leadership) and abroad. He is a Center for
