Mrs. Jacqueline Odiadi is a multi-skilled professional with over 2 decades of experience in Law, Corporate Governance & Compliance, Education Management, organizational capacity building, business development, training and advocacy in Nigeria. A lawyer by training, she possesses a wealth of experience working with and through local structures and systems, including government departments, businesses, and communities.

Mrs. Jacqueline Odiadi LLM. Bl, FCIS, fAOPN is a multi-skilled professional with over 2 decades of experience in Law, Corporate Governance & Compliance, Education Management, organizational capacity building, business development, training and advocacy in Nigeria. A lawyer by training, she possesses a wealth of experience working with and through local structures and systems, including government departments, businesses, and communities. She has trained, coached, and mentored stakeholders at all levels, including community organizations, government officials, small businesses in communities on economic development and women’s empowerment.

Moreover, working in various capacities for international organizations, Ms. Odiadi is well-versed in design, management, and monitoring & evaluation of donor-funded projects in the Education and Community

Development sector. Ms. Odiadi holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Lagos in Nigeria. Ms. Odiadi’s technical expertise is in capacity building and development of local economies, she possesses the ability to effectively work with and through local systems.

She is the Principal Partner, Samuel J. O. & Associates (Attorneys, Corporate Governance & Compliance Professionals, Arbitrators, Notary Public) and Managing Partner, Lewis Partners Consulting (Business Advisory, Training Facilitators & Management Consultants).

Jacqueline has served as the Secretary General of the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (made up of 33 professional bodies) and served as the Chairman Lagos State Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. Currently she serves on the Governing Council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria as Chairman, Implementation and Monitoring Committee, the Legal Adviser of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (IMCON). She is a founding member of AOPN and currently serves as the Legal Counsel/Secretary General of Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN).

Being active in the Development space Jacqueline is the Executive Director of Development Support Institute (DSI) Ltd/Gte, a not-for-profit organization committed to eradication of poverty through knowledge based skills and learning programmes for women and the youth, a Life and Business Coach (Women Lead Institute/ Counterpart International USA) and she also serves as the Secretary General Parish Pastoral Council of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Maryland, Lagos.
