Ify is a Human Resources Specialist with impressive expertise in the design, development and delivery of outsourcing solutions. She has over 20 years experience in people management, and is passionate about youth and women development.

She is a Fellow of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria, a Professional member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, a Certified Management Trainer, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria and a Member of the Institute of Directors.

Ify holds a first degree in Political Science and a Masters in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.

She is the 1st Vice President (2017-2019, BPW Nigeria, an Affiliate of the International Federation of Business and Professional Women; an organisation with membership in over 100 countries.
