Mr. Nura Kakira, a former banker with over 20 years of experience, is the Managing Director/CEO of Caranda Management Services Limited.  Caranda is a Management Services firm that specializes in Human Resource Consultancy Services, staff outsourcing, cleaning, fumigation and other janitorial services to private and public organizations within Nigeria including some international organizations with offices in Nigeria. With smaller offices in many states across the country, Caranda has its Head Office at No 9 Abeokuta Street, Area 8 Garki, Abuja Nigeria.

He obtained his M.A. Public Policy and Administration, and Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy from Bayero University, Kano. Mr. Nura Kakira is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, where he obtained a Certificate in Senior Management Program as well as a Certificate from the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.  He has also attended and obtained certificates from the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Antai College of Economics and Management Shanghai-China and a Brazilian Business Experience Certificate from the Insper Institute of Education and Research, Sao Paulo Brazil. In addition to his banking career at the then Bank of the North Limited, he also had stints at the defunct Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF). He was at Unity Bank Plc after the merger of 9 banks to make the present Unity Bank Plc and was at Sokoto Regional office of the Bank as Regional Head of Public Sector comprising Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi States.  Currently the Managing Diretor of Caranda Management Services Limited, Nura is also a member of the Board of Pelican Prints Limited, Britlinks Consult Limited in addition to providing consultancy services to many organizations in Nigeria.

Nura is a Professional member of the Association of Outsourcing Practitioners of Nigeria (AOPN) and an Associate Professional Member of the International Association of Outsourcing Practitioners (IAOP) as well as an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).  A Fellow and Certified Member of the Nigeria institute of Management Consultants (IMC-NIgeria).

Nura is married and has children.
